Absolutely feel the price was right! The location was perfect for going to The Momentary for our concert. It was just minutes from the main square, restaurants, and shops. It was very clean and minimalist yet cozy. The beds were comfortable and clean. They had records and a record player, games, and more for entertainment. They had coffee, both pot and pour over. The patio was spacious and backs up to the woods and creek.

Great 5-star stay at Summit at Black Apple! The space was spotless, super well-maintained, and perfectly situated for getting around Bentonville. We were only in for one night, and being able to ride directly on to the trail system from the front door was absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are passing through this wonderful area.

This was the perfect accommodation for our one night getaway. I loved the forested ravine/creek view from the deck. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed

First time in the area for mountain biking. Location was perfect as it backed up to a trail entrance and a vast network of them. House was peaceful and the back patio was nice to relax on. Overall it was clean, new, well kept. Lots of things within biking distance. Airship Coffee nearby and Smiley Bike Rental’s free delivery/pickup made it super easy. Look forward to coming back.

Luke’s place was incredible. The photos don’t do the view in the back justice if you come when there are leaves on the trees. I loved being right next to a trail and being able to park 2-4 steps away from the front door was great too. I would highly recommend staying here!
